We are always interested in working with new artists and would gladly take a look at your work. Upfront we should tell you the way we work.

Please first read the steps in the order process by reading the how to order page. That should familarize you with the basica way we begin a client engagement. Once a project manager has been assigned they will be responsible for selecting an available artist (or artists if the job warrants). If you work with us, we are extremely flexible and offer you the opportunity to tell use when you are available for work and when life has you too busy (online scheduling).

Once you are contacted and accept the project you will usually have 10 days to provide the first set of designs. The project manager will handle all client contact, you will send him or her your initial designs (we require five designs to choose from for the first round) via our online file transfer system. The project manager will pass on your designs to the client through a secure link and provide you with their feedback.

Based on the received feedback you will create a revised set of three designs within 7 days and provide them again to the project manager. The client will then select a design and you will provide the project manager with the final desing in the file formats requested.

Ok so you obviously want to know what you get paid…Well that is something we discuss upon you being invited to be one of our designers. Rest assued that we know you are the lifeblood of a company like ours and try to treat you with respect in both a monetary and business relationship sense.
